Phase 2: The Project Shadow (2 Months)
After the internalization of the foundational stage, the phase shifts to the project work. Here, the individual shadow seasoned professionals in on-going projects, gaining exposure to the practical application of theoretical knowledge. This period of diligent observation allows them to refine their newly acquired skills, glean best practices from experienced mentors, and witness successful approaches deployed in real-world scenarios.
Our Methodology: Once the formal training period of the enrolled candidate is completed, they are further deployed in the ongoing projects under the guidance of domain experts to understand the real-world insights and refine the skills they have acquired during their training enhancing their readiness for professional endeavors. Working with multiple products and platforms in a live environment enables them to further polish their skills and gain the confidence needed to independently handle projects.
Phase 3: The Deployment Springboard (1 - 2 Years)
This is the deployment phase, that marks the emergence of the catalyst. Here, individuals are entrusted with real-world responsibilities within the client environments. They translate theoretical knowledge into tangible action, applying their honed skills to solve unique client challenges and cultivate their problem-solving acumen. The SLAs here are pre-defined and act as our key performance indicator.
This phase also serves as a springboard for further upskilling, as individuals identify areas of improvement and refine their understanding through the crucible of practical experience.
Our Methodology: Once the candidate gains the real world experience by working under the guidance of the domain expert they are now well versed with the tools and technologies they get trained on and prepared to be deployed at client sites to work as per pre-defined SOW’s.
Deployed at client sites, candidates independently manage projects aligned with pre-defined Statements of Work (SOWs). This provides valuable experience in delivering high-quality services while adhering to client-specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Here, performance is meticulously evaluated based on these SLAs, ensuring effective service delivery.
This phase represents the ultimate evaluation of the acquired knowledge and skills as they independently engage with multiple products and platforms thus delivering top-notch services to client while keeping in mind the SLA’s defined by client which will act as the main criteria to analyze their performance. During this phase the candidate gets more exposure of the tools and technologies and insights of infrastructure enriching the candidate's knowledge base.
Phase 4: The Man-Machine Leapfrog (1-2 Months)
This phase embodies the quintessential essence of the Skills Factory – the collaborative synergy. Here, individuals transition to working in managed services, where they seamlessly collaborate with cutting-edge technology. They leverage their refined skills to optimize processes and deliver unparalleled services to clients, indicating the outcome based responsibility of domain experts as our key performance in this phase.
Our Methodology: SiliconUniv believes that while independently working across various products and platforms, the candidate has amassed the essential skills needed to maximize their output. Throughout this phase, the resource engage in a symbiotic relationship with state-of-the-art tools latest tools and cutting-edge technologies to elevate their performance.
